A non-alcoholic watermelon and citrus drink with cucumber, ginger, fresh herbs and agave syrup or honey. The amounts below make a batch; divide it between glasses as you prefer.

How to make it
- Blend the watermelon until smooth and strain it into a jug.
- Add the orange and lemon juice.
- Stir in the sliced cucumber and grated ginger.
- Add a little agave syrup or honey, then taste before adding more.
- Stir, pour over ice and garnish with mint or basil.

Tips and variations
Use chilled fruit for a cold drink with less ice. Frozen watermelon cubes can replace some of the ice.
Mint and basil are both options in this recipe. Agave syrup and honey have different flavors, so adjust the amount to taste. A splash of sparkling water makes a lighter, fizzy variation.
